The Everything DiSC® Workplace Learning Experience
Everything DiSC® Workplace is a virtual training and personalized learning experience that can benefit every person in the organization. Leaders and teams will learn to understand themselves and others, while gaining an appreciation of the different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace.
With personalized insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to value the strengths of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the work relationships especially when individuals and teams are operating remotely.
STEP ONE: THE PROFILE
Complete the Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile
Participants are asked to complete a personalized research-based, online assessment. After completing the assessment, you will receive a report that describes where you fall within the DiSC® model and what that
means for your work and your relationships.
This report uses your individual assessment data to provide valuable information about your workplace priorities and preferences. In addition, you’ll learn how to connect better with colleagues whose priorities and preferences differ from yours.
Using this knowledge, you’ll learn how to use Everything DiSC® principles to improve your ability to direct, motivate, and develop others more
successfully. You will identify key strategies for effectively working with others.

STEP 2: ATTEND A WEBINAR
Join a Live Event
John's live, online training isn’t like a typical online class. Learners will participate in activities and partner discussions. They will engage in video and other activities to understand details about their DiSC® Style. Participants will also develop action plans for implementing what they've learned. A standard, interactive session lasts 3 hours.

STEP 3: COACHING
Each webinar includes a follow-up individual 30-minute virtual coaching session to ensure participants understand how to implement what they have learned. John's coaching sessions will educate you on how to use the DiSC® profile results to your advantage to succeed in your career. Together, you will map out strategies for dealing with specific situations and create objectives for your long-term healthcare career.
